Description
Ardex K 60 is a rapid-setting, latex-modified smoothing and leveling compound for interior floors. It is a self-leveling, trowelable mix that levels down to 1/8 in with a feathered edge, so it blends into existing floor heights.
It goes over concrete, terrazzo, wood, tile, steel and certain epoxy coatings, and it usually needs no profiling or primer. The 35 lb bag is mixed with Ardex K 60 latex additive (one gallon per bag), never with water. The additive is sold separately.
