Shipping and Delivery
Online orders placed using standard shipping will usually ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed (excluding holidays and weekends). Estimated times of arrival will vary based on location and weather conditions but majority of the orders will be received within 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.
Online orders placed with expedited shipping (Two-Day & Overnight) will typically ship same day if the order is placed before 12 pm CST Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed after 12 pm CST will be processed and shipped out the following day.
We do not process or deliver orders on the weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times
FloorToolStore only ships to the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We apologize for any inconveniences.
For standard orders we will use UPS to ship all orders. Below are the different options for UPS shipping.
UPS Standard shipping- Order should arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 days for processing.
UPS Two Day Shipping- Guaranteed arrival within 2 business days if the order is completed by 12 pm CST.
Overnight Shipping- Guaranteed arrival within 1 business day if the order is completed by 12 pm CST.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more on eligible items. This offer includes most tools and machines that are not classified as “large” items. UPS Classifies large items as, “For domestic shipments, a package is considered a "Large Package" when its length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches or its length exceeds 96 inches. Except for UPS Ground with Freight Pricing packages, Large Packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds.”
If your order qualifies for free shipping but also has items that do not qualify for free shipping, you will only be charged shipping for those items that do not qualify for free shipping.
All eligible items that quality will have “FREE SHIPPING” verbiage on the product detail page.
When it comes time to checkout you will have the option to upgrade your shipping from standard shipping (3-5 business days) to a faster delivery time (Two-Day or Overnight Shipping). If you choose an expedited shipping option, your order MUST be received by 12 pm CST or your order will not ship until the next business day. Please keep in mind that transit times are business days excluding holidays and weekends, however Saturday delivery may occur in select zip codes or be possible by request.
FloorToolStore offers a variety of items that are considered oversized items that will require delivery by a freight carrier. If your order requires freight delivery based on the size and weight of the order, the shipping option will automatically change to “Freight/LTL” in the cart and during the checkout process. Any other applicable freight costs will also be shown.
A freight shipment will typically deliver within 3-5 business days of the order being processed, but it could take longer depending on the service routes provided by the carrier in your area. ALL residential deliveries will require an appointment made with the carrier. You will be contacted for an appointment by the carrier when your order arrives at the local delivery terminal. You can also contact the carrier beforehand to schedule a delivery appointment if you wish. No delivery appointment will be made for commercial deliveries unless it is requested.
Your order should be fully inspected upon receiving it of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any problems with your shipment, this must be noted to the carrier at the time of the delivery or you have the option to refuse the shipment. FloorToolStore may be limited in our ability to help resolve any issues if not properly documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.
How to Place an Order
Placing an order with FloorToolStore is straightforward and very user friendly. An account is not required to place an order with us. If this is your first order being placed, you may create an account or proceed directly to checkout. An account will allow you keep track of your orders and will keep your information stored securely for a quicker and easier checkout process.
All customers who place an order will immediately receive a printable invoice copy after the transaction is completed.
To complete an order with us just follow these steps, if there are any problems feel free to reach out and contact us immediately and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
1. Find the items you would like to order
2. Add the items to your online shopping cart
3. Once you have found all of the items you want, proceed to checkout.
4. Sign into your existing account/ create a new account/ or proceed as a guest.
5. Enter a ship to address
6. Choose your method of payment
7. Provide your payment information
8. Review your order carefully to make sure everything is correct then submit your order
9. Received an order confirmation via email or print your order confirmation and shipping details
You may send us a purchase order via email to email@example.com. Unless terms have been established, we do typically require payment prior to fulfillment of purchase orders.
FloorToolStore allows you to pay with a credit card or debit card as long as it is:

As of right now this is the only payment method that we offer. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
FloorToolStore.com is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the destination in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. If applicable, the appropriate charges will be applied and displayed in the shopping cart and order review prior to checkout. We do not collect sales or use tax in other states.
If your order qualifies or tax exemption status, please supply us with a copy of your state resale certificate, tax exemption certificate or other proof of tax exemption for your state. You may email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon arrival you will be provided a set of instructions for making tax exempt purchases online.
Returns and Replacements
We strive for excellence and want you to be complete satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
· Returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number.
· Returns must be received in new condition in the original packaging with any accessories for that item in order to be eligible for a refund
· Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date on your receipt
· Customers will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the item(s)
· Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this includes any expedited shipping costs)
· Shipping costs associated with the return will typically be the responsibility of the customer (this excludes defective, miss-shipped, or damaged items)
· Special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Please contact us for a return authorization number to initiate a return. You may contact us by email at email@example.com. When you request a return please provide us with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you wish to exchange items or receive a refund. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.
If any merchandise receive is damaged or defective, we will fully cover the costs of shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 days for FloorToolStore to process your refund. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee up to 28% or reject a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
