30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and include all accessories that came with it. Keep your receipt or order number handy.

How to start a return

Email orders@floortoolstore.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will send you a return authorization number. Returns sent without one will not be accepted.

The item must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking fee

We may charge a restocking fee of up to 28% of the item price. We may also reject a return that does not meet the conditions above. The restocking fee is taken out of your refund.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping, are not refundable.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, contact us right away. We will cover return shipping and send a prepaid label, and no restocking fee applies.

• Gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to say whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a few more days to post it. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, email us at orders@floortoolstore.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
